When we start to break out or experience dry skin we usually rush to our water bottles and start chugging in hopes it will take away all our problems. That is because we have always been told how much of an impact water has on our skin. Nothing happens overnight, but making a point to stay hydrated has been proven to benefit your skin. When you become dehydrated it can result in flaky and dull looking skin. Everyone’s worst nightmare.

Drinking lots of water is not always fun and we often forget to because we get bored of the taste. I knew there had to be other drinks out there that are beneficial to our skin so I thought I would compile a list of them.
Spearmint Tea
Different studies have shown that green tea can reduce inflammation in our bodies and help with dehydration. The downside is that one cup of tea each day is not going to fix all your problems. Dermatologists say that you will need to have at least three cups of this each day.
Collagen
If you don’t like taking pills then collagen powder is perfect for you. Many people put collagen in their tea, coffee, smoothies and more. Collagen helps improve the overall appearance of your skin and helps deal with the aging of your skin. There are so many brands of collagen out there, so this product will not be hard to find.
Vitamin C
This is also another product that comes in powder form if you don't want to take a pill or drink a lot of pressed orange juice. I like to put my vitamin C in a water bottle because it is the perfect amount of water for the packet. It also helps that it has such a good taste. Vitamin C also helps build collagen and is good for your overall health, as we all know.
